On the second floor of this duplex there are the two bright and friendly bedrooms, both with a double bed, large closet and direct access to the balcony.

Bathroom

The bathroom, located on the second floor, has a shower, washbasin, Wc and storage facilities.

Guest WC

The guest WC with washbasin and storage facilities is accessible from the living room/kitchen area.

Terrace

It offers a dining table and a chill-out area. For sunny days, there is an awning which covers the whole terrace.

Others

The duplex has central air conditioning in rooms on the second floor and unit air conditioning in the down floor. There’s a community pool to be shared with the neighbours. It is open during summer months; feel free to ask us if it is open during your stay. Fiber optic WiFi available in this property. A parking space is available and free of charge.

We want your stay to be as comfortable and pleasant as possible. For this reason, we have detailed information on arrival and departure times so that you can organise your trip with peace of mind.

Check-in times

You can check in between 14:00 and 24:00.
If you need to check in earlier, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to try, as long as there are no guests departing on the same day.

Out-of-hours arrivals

If you arrive on a Sunday, public holiday or between 20:00 h and 22:00 h, a fee of 25 € will be applied to organise your check-in.
For arrivals after 22:00 h, the supplement will be 45 €.

Check-out times

Departure is before 10:00 am.
 If you need to stay a little longer, please let us know in advance and, if possible, we will be happy to offer you a late departure for a small supplement of 25 €.
