Property description

Livingroom

A spacious living room connected with the terrace which makes it even bigger and cosier. There is a big sofa and a smart TV. There is a fan and air-conditioning to cool down the room.

Kitchen

This apartment is provided with a fully equipped kitchen. It is an open kitchen with a bar area towards the living room. You will find a huge fridge with a freezer, an oven and a microwave, an electric hob, pans and pots to cook, cutlery, glasses, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

Bedroom 1

The main bedroom has a super king size bed of the best quality, to provide the best rest. A big fan is on the ceiling and there is air-conditioning. A grand wall closet is available in this room. The main bedroom is connected to the terrace but divided by a glass door.

Bedroom 2

The second and smaller bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for kids or young people. Also a ceiling fan is installed in this bedroom. To store some luggage and clothing you will find a closet.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. Also the washing machine is located in this room.

Terrace

The terrace is connected to the living area and main bedroom, but can be isolated by closing the glass doors. A big table with 6 chairs is the perfect place to enjoy the meals with some amazing views. On the other corner of the terrace some armchairs will make the moment to enjoy the ending of the day with a nice cocktail.

Others

The apartment provides WiFi. There’s a community pool to be shared with the neighbours. It is open during summer months; feel free to ask us if it is open during your stay.

Booking conditions

We want your stay to be as comfortable and pleasant as possible. For this reason, we have detailed information on arrival and departure times so that you can organise your trip with peace of mind.

Check-in times

You can check in between 14:00 and 24:00.
If you need to check in earlier, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to try, as long as there are no guests departing on the same day.

Out-of-hours arrivals

If you arrive on a Sunday, public holiday or between 20:00 h and 22:00 h, a fee of 25 € will be applied to organise your check-in.
For arrivals after 22:00 h, the supplement will be 45 €.

Check-out times

Departure is before 10:00 am.
 If you need to stay a little longer, please let us know in advance and, if possible, we will be happy to offer you a late departure for a small supplement of 25 €.
