Our Beach House Bungalow, a private oasis in the middle of the joyful and lively Torremolinos. Situated in the rocks of the popular urbanisation of “La Roca”. A place where you can retreat in privacy, but within walking distance you can reach everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The bungalow is equipped with very high quality, stylish modern furniture. From the beautifully designed terrace, the long beach of Torremolinos is almost at your feet and you have a spectacular view of the sea all the way to the Bay of Malaga.

Livingroom

You enter the living room through the small entrance area of the bungalow. The living room is furnished in a modern style of high quality. It offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV corner with a top-quality sofa bed for 2 persons. The room is flooded with light through a large window front, which can be opened completely. A second sofa is available at the glassfront. The living room has air conditioning and direct access to the incredible terrace.

Kitchen

Separate kitchen room with sea view and all facilities you need: cooker, oven, big fridge/freezer, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

Bedroom

Spacious bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and large wall wardrobes. The bedroom is air-conditioned and offers direct sea views and access to the huge terrace. It has shutters for the big window-doors.

Bathroom

Beautiful bathroom with large shower, washbasin, WC and daylight window.

Terrace

A large terrace surrounding the south side of the bungalow is separated into different areas with outdoor furniture. There are two chillout chairs, a table with seating for 4 people and two sun loungers in the larger area of the long terrace. There is also an outdoor shower.

Others

WiFi available in the property. Free parking in the urbanization area of La Roca. We cannot guarantee availability. 

Access to the centre of Torremolinos through the private lift of La Roca urbanization or its private staircase.

Booking conditions

We want your stay to be as comfortable and pleasant as possible. For this reason, we have detailed information on arrival and departure times so that you can organise your trip with peace of mind.

Check-in times

You can check in between 14:00 and 24:00.
If you need to check in earlier, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to try, as long as there are no guests departing on the same day.

Out-of-hours arrivals

If you arrive on a Sunday, public holiday or between 20:00 h and 22:00 h, a fee of 25 € will be applied to organise your check-in.
For arrivals after 22:00 h, the supplement will be €45.

Check-out times

Departure is before 10:00 am.
 If you need to stay a little longer, please let us know in advance and, if possible, we will be happy to offer you a late departure for a small supplement of 25 €.
