This modern studio is located in the heart of La Carihuela. A perfect location to reach everything by foot. The long beach with its chiringuitos and bars and the charming, typically Spanish alleys that invite you to linger in one of the restaurants and tapas bars on the side or simply stroll in the small street shops.

The studio is located on the 4th floor, with lift and has a good sized balcony from which you can look out over the well-maintained pool area and the huge swimming pool.

Living & Bedroom

he living-bedroom is modernly furnished and offers a large window front with shutters. There is a very comfortable queen size bed, smart TV, a sofa and some comfy chairs. The studio has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Kitchen

The small kitchen is an open kitchen but separated by a bar to the main room. The equipment includes a cooker, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and small fridge.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower, bidet, washbasin, WC, storage facilities and washing machine.

Balcony

Accessible from the living room though the large windows, the balcony overlooks the big pool area but also has a view to the sea. There is outdoor seating furniture.

Others

The apartment provides WiFi. 

There’s a community pool to be shared with the neighbours. It is open during summer months; feel free to ask us if it is open during your stay.

Booking conditions

We want your stay to be as comfortable and pleasant as possible. For this reason, we have detailed information on arrival and departure times so that you can organise your trip with peace of mind.

Check-in times

You can check in between 14:00 and 24:00.
If you need to check in earlier, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to try, as long as there are no guests departing on the same day.

Out-of-hours arrivals

If you arrive on a Sunday, public holiday or between 20:00 h and 22:00 h, a fee of 25 € will be applied to organise your check-in.
For arrivals after 22:00 h, the supplement will be 45 €.

Check-out times

Departure is before 10:00 am.
 If you need to stay a little longer, please let us know in advance and, if possible, we will be happy to offer you a late departure for a small supplement of 25 €.
